Laboratory Services
Methamphetamine – We can perform a composite test to confirm presence, if a detailed assessment is required we are fully NZQA certified and test in accordance with NZS8510:2017. This is perfect perfect for in-between tenancies to help demonstrate the property is in a safe and healthy condition for tenancy and reduce landlord liability
Asbestos – We are able to spot test materials to confirm the percentage of ACP and do a risk assessment on it. This can provide piece of mind for a future job or potential renovation.
Lead – We carry an onsite lead testing kit and can confirm the presence of lead in items such as paint.
Mould – We are able to sample the type of mould, moisture test and create a mould removal plan. Often for when mould is suspected to be growing in hidden locations.
Smoke Alarms – We can provide a monitored smoke alarm testing and replacement schedule. This combined with healthy homes helps ensure your property meets the Residential Tenancy Act.
